1 General Terms & Conditions

3 Deposit & Withdrawal Policy

• All deposits and withdrawals must be made through a mobile banking account (Mobile Banking, Nagad, etc.) registered in the user's own name.
• The minimum deposit amount is BDT 300, and a minimum withdrawal amount also applies.
• Deposits or withdrawals through third parties are strictly prohibited.

• The designated wagering requirement must be met before any bonus balance can be withdrawn.
• If money laundering or suspicious transactions are detected, the associated account may be frozen pending investigation.

Bv999 reserves the right to place any transaction on hold for additional verification. In the event of any dispute regarding a balance, bv999's transaction logs will serve as the final record.

4 Bonus & Promotion Terms

Bv999 regularly offers various bonuses and promotions. The following terms apply to the use of these bonuses:

• Each bonus has its own wagering requirement, validity period, and terms set out separately.
• The same promotion may not be claimed more than once per user.
• Bonus balances cannot be withdrawn directly; the required betting conditions must be met first.
• If the wagering requirement is not completed within the specified time after a bonus is claimed, the bonus will be forfeited.

5 Gaming Rules

• If a game result is voided due to a technical error, the bet placed for that round will be refunded.

7 Account Suspension & Closure

Bv999 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close an account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• If any part of these Terms is violated.
• If suspicious activity is detected on the account.
• Registering with false or incomplete information.
• If the account holder is identified as a minor.
• In compliance with a court order or directive from a regulatory authority.

Users may request account closure at any time. Before the account is closed, you will be given the opportunity to withdraw any eligible balance (subject to bonus wagering conditions being met).
